Bob Johnson…Negro, Please!!!  Have you bumped your head?

Is he talking about the drug use mentionedin Obama’s book?  Bob later tried to take back the insinuation. “Johnson later said his comments referred to Obama’s work as a community organizer in Chicago “and nothing else. Any other suggestion is simply irresponsible and incorrect,” he said in a statement released by Clinton’s campaign.” – AP.

Didn’t Bob Johnson sell BET to Viacom after he made his millions by exploiting black folks?  OK, ok…let’s say BET wasn’t all bad.  There was Video Soul for godsake.  Now, the good name of Black Entertainment Television is basically trash, synonymous big booty video girls, horrible black reality TV, and commercials for ringtones.   Bob, your past has some scars as well I’m sure…just like anybody.

I would think that a man who is known for a black first would be more welcoming of the idea of the first black president.  What is your whole motivation for turning into the head “house negro” in charge?  Oh, and WHEN did you become a source for political advice?  All the years that you ran BET I don’t at all remember you using BET as a real vehicle to get blacks to vote and get involved with the political process.  Um…that didn’t happen really until you sold the company.

Dayum, Bob.  I can’t say that I’m surprised.
